Author

G. K. Beale (PhD, University of Cambridge) is professor of New Testament and biblical theology and holds the J. Gresham Machen Chair of New Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is coeditor (with D. A. Carson)

D. A. Carson (PhD, University of Cambridge) is research professor of New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, and is the author or editor of more than fifty books, including The God Who Is There and How Long, O Lord? He is one of the founders of The Gospel Coalition and an active guest lecturer in academic and church settings around the world.

Excellent Resource

I'm a parent, not a pastor, so having the time to search the scriptures for deep insight to share during family worship every evening isn't always possible. This commentary is one of the resources I consult every evening in preparation for family worship. And for those times when I'm in the word for my own edification, this is wonderful to use to assist with grasping the ideas constructed across the panorama of the Bible. I think every serious student of the Bible should own this.
