Endorsements "The publication of the book titled Puritans is an important event for the Polish publishing market. This work of Joel R. Beeke and Randall J. Pederson, authorities in the field, is the first such comprehensive presentation of the topic published in Poland. We were given a well-researched compendium, which for the Poles now constitutes the most important biographies of the American, Scottish, and Dutch Puritan thinkers as well as a presentation of their works and bibliography. The next step would be to publish a selection of the primary sources, but for now we need to show our tremendous appreciation to the publisher and translator for their great effort in making this much-needed and monumental work available to us and to Polish readers." - Prof. zw. dr hab. Piotr Wilczek
"A priceless guide to the world of Puritans, who to a great extent shaped the American system of values. Anyone who would like to learn about the roots of America and its ambivalent attitude toward the English metropolis should find a place for this volume in his home library. We also need to note the precision of this edition, honorably harmonizing with the Puritan work ethic of a perfect work." - Prof. Zbigniew Lewicki
