This work by Samuel Pierce is not intended to be a critical exposition; rather, as Pierce characterized it, it is a “spiritual treatise” in which we “study Christ” and learn of the richness and fullness of the life which is united to Him by faith. Pierce’s work is the fruit of ninety-three sermons, originally published in two volumes after he died, and published here for the first time in one volume.
