A Father to the Fatherless
Product Description
Lydia, a ten-year-old orphan, does not have a pleasant home with her two aunts, who always complain about her. In all her troubles, a letter her father wrote to her just before he died is often a comfort to her. Her life becomes even more difficult when Mr. Russell comes to bring her back with him to join a circus. Her refusal to go with Mr. Russell has very frightening consequences. In all her trials, however, the Lord, who is a Father of the fatherless, watches over and protects her.
