This constitutes the first part of Watson exposition of the Shorter Catechism. A Body of Divinity covers the greatest part of the field of theology. Especially noteworthy is the section on the being and attributes of God. The book also deals in detail with the offices of Christ and the benefits of redemption.

Author  Thomas Watson (c. 1620—1686) was an English, non-conformist, Puritan preacher and author.
