Christians are crashing and burning on the runways of life. Through the TV, Internet, cell phones, newspapers, books, and magazines we are bombarded by the world's temptations and attractions. The response of choosing isolation from the world doesn't work: we fail to reach the people God has called us to reach, and we find that the problem comes with us in the sinful desires of our hearts. The opposite extreme, becoming like the world, turns Christians into people who are irrelevant. So how can we build pure lives in this generation?

The Word of God has the answers. This workbook is designed to be used by individuals, counselors, and small groups to help us get into God's Word to find His help to be pure people in a world overcome with sensuality in all forms.

Author  Dr. Dave Coats, BA, MDiv, DMin, is a certified counselor with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors and pastor of a rural church in northeastern Wisconsin. A former missionary in Haiti, Dave regularly travels back to that country to teach pastors and leaders. Having a love for young people, he has served as a youth pastor and camp director as well as being involved with youth outreach. He has taught Bible, youth ministry, and counseling classes at Northland International University and is a frequent speaker at Bible conferences and men’s conferences. He and his wife, Judi, have three adult children.

Endorsement  "...A rich, robust, relational resource...I highly recommend this Christ-focused, gospel-centered workbook." - Bob Kellemen, Executive Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition
